Customer Service Rep
Our new Customer Service Rep is customer-focused, smart, loves our vision, and is a great communicator.
As a Customer Service Rep your main goal is to deliver fast, easy, and great support to our customers. You resolve customer requests in the best way possible while maintaining a calm, friendly and professional face. You build genuine relationships with our customers, then serve as their advocate internally. You will also be responsible for the daily fulfilment of online orders as well as handling returns.
The role is a full-time position and is located in our Copenhagen headquarters.
- Provide consistently excellent customer service across all customer service channels.
- Exceed the customer's expectations.
- Develop solutions to problems and work across teams to solve them.
- Be able to wear many hats (stylist, friend, professional) when helping our customers shop for their next favorite piece.
- Know our fulfillment and returns procedures inside and out to help process all customer orders as efficiently as possible.
- Facilitate a feedback loop with internal teams such as Operations, Digital, and Product.
- Maintain a fast and efficient fulfilment process to get orders to our customers as fast and safely as possible.
- Handle incoming returns from customers.
