Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant

Munthe is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant!

Munthe is growing significantly, with five yearly collections, including a NOS program, and a large market potential both nationally and internationally.

As part of this growth, Munthe is looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant to handle all incoming calls and e-mails from B2C and B2B customers.

You will be part of Munthe's sales & logistics team and will report directly to MUNTHE’s Global Sales Director.

Job description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant to join our Sales team, to help carry out all daily sales support tasks to maintain our daily operation. The role is a full-time position.

As a Munthe Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant, you will become an essential part of our Sales, E-commerce and logistics team.

You will be handling all the daily incoming calls and e-mails, you will greet showroom guests, you will be a key support for the Munthe's Sales Department and will handle all daily tasks related to the service we offer all Munthe B2C, B2B and online customers.

The perfect candidate is skilled in working across departments, is proactive and has a solution orientated mindset - and will go an extra mile to accomplish all daily tasks.

We are looking for a candidate who is excited to work within the fast-paced fashion industry, a candidate that delivers high end service with a smile, and who is an expert in handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

The role is wide-ranging and holds the responsibility of:

  • Daily handling of all incoming calls and e-mails from MUNTHE B2C, B2B and E-com customers offering excellent day-to-day customer service.
  • Daily support for the Munthe Sales Department, for Key Accounts and Sales Agents.
  • Daily contact with Munthe's warehouse being on top of all bookings and orders.
  • Daily contact with the Munthe Store in Copenhagen and Aarhus
  • Handling of re-orders and claims
  • Handling of data for Key Account customers
  • Coordination of back-end tasks, such as send out of lookbooks and various sales material.
  • Handling of ad-hoc assignments

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have experience with sales support and with working in the fashion industry and you have a strong understanding of the importance of your daily tasks.
  • You have greats Excel skills, and you know how to enter data into templates for various partners.
  • You are proactive, motivating, and inspiring when working with internal and external partners and you thrive in working in a deadline-driven work environment.
  • You have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You have strong communication skills, and you are confident in English, both written and spoken.
  • You thrive in a diverse environment with many nationalities and cultures.
  • You are self-disciplined, structured, and organized and you set your ambitions high.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a passion for sustainable products and aspire to contribute to a more responsible fashion industry by taking part and initiating small changes that will create a more sustainable future.
