Baum und Pferdgarten is looking for an intern to join our Communications Team starting as soon as possible for 6 months.

Working closely with the PR, marketing & social media managers you will support the team to ensure flawless execution of all PR& marketing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily assistance in our showroom
• Assisting at events, fashion week, & at shoots
• Coordination of imagery & samples for magazines & stylists
• Coordination of gifting for press & influencers
• Monitoring of collection stock in-house
• Manage email inquiries
• Content creation & management
• Community management
• Copy Writing
• Newsletter communication to customers & partners
• Assisting with reporting on social media, PR & marketing activities
• & other ad hoc tasks

THE IDEAL APPLICANT HAS:

• Obsessive attention to detail & the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic & willingness to learn; enthusiasm is a must!
• Natural communication skills – confident in sharing ideas
• Excellent organizational skills, someone who can multitask & prioritize multiple projects & deadlines
• An interest in the fashion industry
• Great communication skills in English
• A clear understanding of Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, & Pinterest
• An analytical mind that is confident with numbers & data interpretation
• Is studying or has studied a relevant field of education
