Collection Coordinator

We are now looking for a driven and structured Collection Coordinator to join LIEWOOD.

You will be a part of a fast-growing global brand, and a dynamic team powered by ambition, passion for design, and strong business acumen. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in a job with diverse tasks, and really learn about the role and responsibility of a Collection Coordinator in a fast-growing company. You will work closely with Buying & Production, our B2B sales department, and Marketing, in a very important role who will coordinate our LIEWOOD collection samples.

As a person, you are detail-oriented, structured, and passionate. You are a team player and at the same time work well with independent work. It is important that you constantly think about proactive solutions and can keep a cool overview in a busy everyday life. The collaboration between our departments is incredibly important to us and therefore you must be passionate about developing relationships while at the same time basing your decisions on good business acumen.

LIEWOOD introduces two main collections per year, several capsules, and has an ESSENTIALS/NOOS program.

You will be working from the LIEWOOD Head Office in Copenhagen at Blegdamsvej 124, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for all LIEWOOD collection sample handling, which includes handling/handover between departments and to/from suppliers.
  • Secure approvement of samples from Design.
  • Provide and maintain collection sample overview to stakeholders both in-house and external including pack shot partners, agents, showrooms, fairs, etc.
  • Responsible for the complete information flow (sample-related data) for all new collections as well as updates in season and between departments.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a LIEWOOD collection sample “library” in-house – including lending out/return of samples for PR and sales purposes.
  • Responsible for pack shot handling – sending samples for pack shot photos, coordinating with an external partner, receiving pack shots, and uploading/maintaining in system and image bank.
  • Make sure samples are available for photo shoots, campaigns, showrooms, and fairs.
  • Responsible for adding sample orders to the system.
  • Coordinate with Logistics to secure on-time delivery of bulk samples to showrooms and fairs as well as practical handling of samples return.
  • General coordination between departments and various ad hoc.

You have:

  • Preferably, you have practical experience from working with sample-related tasks from the fashion- or lifestyle industry.
  • A positive, service-minded, and problem-solving attitude.
  • A good understanding of digital platforms and IT.
  • Great stakeholder management.

You are:

  • Extremely structured and efficient – you have an eye for details and for optimizing and creating an overview.
  • Independent, flexible, and proactive in your approach to things.
  • A team player yet with an independent working style
  • Good at prioritizing in a workday with high speed, many tasks, and several stakeholders.
  • Hands-on and with a positive attitude – being a good and helpful colleague.
  • A strong user of Microsoft Office
  • Passionate and eager to learn and evolve
  • Fluent in English and preferably Danish, both written and spoken
