Brand Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager for one of our customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using various data to drive volume and profitability.
The Brand Manager will manage the teams in the organization including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure that the brand's message is consistent and effective.
We are looking for a hands-on candidate with excellent skills in international growth strategy definition and execution, including executing the strategy with your team.
This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, a passion for fashion, leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing innovative marketing campaigns. Additionally, the Brand Manager will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers.
Your international network of retailers, agents, distributors, and on-liners will be very important if you enter this position. Traveling will be part of the job.

Responsibilities
- Promote brand growth and expansion.
- Implement brand plans and use data to drive volume and profitability.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
- Oversee product development.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Monitor and report on brand performance.
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Plan and execute brand events and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Be a visible and proactive role model, showing the way through dedication, passion, and results.
Skills & requirements
- Comprehensive sales toolbox and experience in using it.
- Proven track record with excellent results from other fashion brands.
- Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
- Proven experience in brand management in the fashion industry.
- Skills to see and exploit the potential of a fashion brand internationally, acting on new market opportunities.
- Experience in wholesale is mandatory, especially in developing and expanding distribution with key accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
