Back Office & Customer Service

Libertine-Libertine is currently looking for a passionate and solution-seeking person to be responsible for back-office procedures and customer service at our office in Copenhagen. You will be a crucial part of our small and dedicated team, and work closely with both B2B and B2C customers, our warehouse, various sub-contractors, etc.

The position is situated at the core of our business. You will be responsible for servicing our Danish and international customers for both wholesale and web. Your educational background is not decisive - however, it is important that you have customer service experience and that you are able to communicate fluently in English and Danish.

We offer an everyday life with varying tasks in a casual and fun work environment.

Job Description:

Customer service for wholesale and webshop customers:

  • Handle return and swaps
  • Refund in our ERP system

Logistics:

  • Creation of shipments
  • Extract delivery notes
  • Prepare advice for special accounts
  • Handle seasonal sample collections - shipments to agents and special accounts

Day-to-day:

  • Handle our ERP system – Uploading product data & images, keeping it up-to-date
  • Reporting to management
  • Insurance approval of new B2B customers
  • Creating item files for special accounts
  • Various ad-hoc and wholesale handling

Who You Are:

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solution-oriented, responsible, and a natural flare for service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Danish and English
  • Experience with ERP system Traede is an advantage
  • Efficient in MS Office., especially excel.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills
  • Great at multi-tasking and prioritizing
  • Team player
  • Knowledge and interest in the fashion industry.
