Area Sales Manager, Southern European Markets

Do you have a strong sales profile combined with the dedication and ambition to make a difference in some of our most important markets?

We are looking for a new colleague to take responsibility of our Southern European markets covering Spain, France and Italy.

The responsibility 
You will be invited to join us on an exciting journey where you will be a part of an ambitious growth strategy for JACK & JONES PLUS, which provides the plus-size segment with a large selection of trend styles and designs with focus on fittings and materials.

With the responsibility for the cluster of countries, you collaborate with local forces to ensure that we unfold the great potential these markets hold. You build strong relations with your colleagues as well as our customers. You will get a broad role and work with both key account- and collection sales.

More specifically, your tasks include:
  • Setting up and executing sales strategies for your markets
  • Growing people to grow the business
  • Developing and maintaining deep insights of your markets
  • Setting up sales meetings with key accounts in collaboration with local forces
  • Participating in sales meetings as the expert on the products and services that JACK & JONES PLUS is offering
  • Collecting feedback from your markets for future collections
  • Preparing sell-in and being present in market showrooms
  • Monitoring and driving replenishment.
As an exciting part of the job, you can expect approximately 40-50 annual travel days.

Qualifications 
  • Experience with sales from a similar position
  • Experience maintaining key account relations
  • Experience with the fashion industry
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and either French or Spanish - any additional languages are an advantage, but not a requirement.

As a person, you are outgoing and able to meet your tasks and challenges in a responsible and constructive way. It is vital that you are highly driven and possess strong communication skills. We place a high value on your ability to develop and maintain relations to colleagues as well as the partners in your markets. At the same time, it is important that you have a good understanding of figures and that you base your decision on good tradesmanship.
