Area Sales Managers for JACK & JONES PLUS.
Do you know what triggers sales? Can you take responsibility for driving growth for an entire region? Do you want to join an international fashion brand?
Then you might be the one we are looking for! JACK & JONES PLUS is growing rapidly and therefore, we need two skilled and result oriented Area Sales Managers that can drive sales on some of our key markets – Region South and Region North/Central.

We want to make sure that our consumer, regardless of size, can get the same on-trend styles and looks as any other consumer in our target group. Therefore, we have created JACK & JONES PLUS to meet the demand for larger sizes within all our three jeans lifestyles JACK & JONES ORIGINAL, JACK & JONES CORE and JACK & JONES PREMIUM. We do real sizes for real men in the same collections in styles up to 8XL and 54”.
We have ambitions
We have great ambitions for our brand in Southern Europe and Central/Northern Europe, and we are therefore looking for two Area Sales Managers, who excel at both strategy and execution. You will report directly to our International Sales Manager and work closely with the country management to develop the direction that will enable us to exploit the yet untapped potential of JACK & JONES PLUS, and ultimately, meet our ambitious goals. You will join a small but powerful team in a big brotherhood, consisting of skilled and committed colleagues from all around the world, all on the same mission: to make JACK & JONES the preferred denimwear.
Your areas of responsibilities include:
- Setting up and executing sales strategies for your markets together with country sales managers
- Growing customers to grow business
- Building, expanding and developing customer relations with Key
- Accounts and wholesale customers
- Collecting feedback and deep insights from your stakeholders for future collections – ensuring that your market is covered within products/price points.
Who are you?
As Area Sales Manager, you will have a great say on the further development of JACK & JONES PLUS. Consequently, it is key that you are a driven and proactive salesperson with the business acumen and analytical skills to define the strategies and tactics that will generate growth.
With a high personal drive and a winning attitude, you serve as a great inspiration to your colleagues and customers. You are an excellent communicator, who easily conveys your ideas and plans in a convincing and comprehensible manner, thereby, ensuring alignment and support across the entire region. Finally, you collaborate with other departments in order to ensure that our products and price range are always in tune with the needs of our customers.
- Strong sales experience from a similar position within the fashion industry is an advantage
- Proven track record of translating sales strategies into actions that create results
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent business acumen
- Product knowledge from the fashion industry
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that the Area Sales Manager for Region South speaks and writes either Spanish, Italian or French, in addition to English.
