Copenhagen Fashion Week is looking for a structured and motivated Production & Brand Relations Student Assistant to join the department, the starting date is 1st of October 2023.

You will join the organisation behind a fashion week that has gained international acclaim for our visionary approach to sustainability, and you will also join a team of highly dedicated colleagues whose work ethics are high.

Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the coordination of events during fashion week
• Assist on all brand related tasks and projects
• Support Head of Production in all production of Copenhagen Fashion Week’s own events and venues during fashion week, including the Opening Ceremony, Talk Programme, showrooms and dinners etc.
• Coordinate and assist all logistics, such as VIP car service, press busses, help desks etc.

Profile

• You have experience within the fashion industry and/or production
• You are a competent and experienced individual who thrives in fast paced environments
• You are structured and keep a firm hand on plans and overviews in excel
• You are ambitious, reliable and hard-working and have a high energy level
• You thrive in a workplace with many nationalities and where the working language is English.
• You are an empathetic team player who actively contributes to a warm social environment in the office

The position is paid and the working hours will be around 2 days/week, and are to be agreed upon with our Head of Production and Brand Relations.
