At SELECTED HOMME we are looking for an administrative Sales Coordinator with a great drive to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with the coordination of international accounts in Netherlands, Belgium, Austria & Switzerland.
You will become part of an ambitious sales department in growth, consisting of a large team at our headquarter in Brande in addition to our colleagues in the countries. You will join a team of energetic colleagues who work closely together across our markets. Aside from your colleagues in Sales, you will also collaborate closely with other departments, especially buying and logistic.
As Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to service some of our largest customers in the markets. Through close dialogue and daily feedback from stakeholders in Buying, Logistics and in local Bestseller offices, you ensure that our customers are supported in relation to order handling, follow-ups on the product flow, preparation of statistics, etc. The job also consist of servicing our sales people in the markets – making sure that we are the customers preferred partner. At all times, you ensure that any account or stakeholder feels confident in their corporation with SELECTED HOMME.
More specifically, your work includes:
- Servicing SELECTED HOMME customers in Netherlands, Belgium, Austria & Switzerland.
- Responsible for planning and following up on the daily tasks in close cooperation with the customers.
- Daily collaboration with our warehouse, logistics department and our colleagues in the markets.
- Ensuring best product flow and order handling by sharing key data.
- Developing and improving best practices and processes that can be beneficial for all.
- Various ad hoc tasks.
You thrive in an administrative role that will challenge your ability to create structure and take responsibility, so it is important that you are action-oriented and not afraid to take initiative. You are service-oriented, base your decisions on good tradesmanship and know how to deliver results. You are able to maintain a good overview in a busy working day and have a positive and service-minded attitude, even when you are managing multiple tasks at a time. Since you will be working with many international accounts, it is important that you are good at establishing and developing relations and trust.
- Experience from a position as Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Sales Backup or similar.
- Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and structured.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office – most importantly Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
