Scandinavian and International Fashion brands in developing their Accessories programs,

State of WOW is the leading headwear company in the Nordics, with two decades of experience in providing optimized display solutions for retail spaces, private label development, and production solutions for many National and International Fashion brands.

WOW Innovation, our Private Label department, offers comprehensive accessory production in the Far East and EU, handling, and manufacturing services for customers. From our Copenhagen HQ, and our office in Dongguan, China, which oversees daily operations on-site, we strive to deliver excellent quality and maintain lasting relationships with our customers and factories.

Key tasks:

• Collaborate with customers to develop product portfolios
• Expand National and International Key Accounts
• Foster robust relationships with partners, colleagues, and Key Accounts (KA)
• Manage projects and follow-ups
• Price calculation and negotiations with customers
• Supply Chain management - liaise with current and new suppliers
• Handle office and administrative tasks as needed

Candidate requirements:

• Relevant education from Kea or a similar institution
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Passion for Fashion
• Strong social skills and an outgoing nature
• Ready to contribute to the company's ongoing development
• Structured approach and diligent in following up on projects and plans
• Team player
• Skilled at simplifying complex concepts
• Analytical, proactive, with good data understanding
• Proficient in English and Danish, both written and spoken
• Preferable user of Microsoft Business Central system, Microsoft Office365, Teams, and Adobe suite

Working hours, place of work, salary level & application:
Working hours: Minimum 37 hours per week
Location: Head office in Hvidovre, Copenhagen
