As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes. You will work closely with our senior logistics team to support daily operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely deliveries across our global markets. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone passionate about supply Chain management and eager to grow within the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the senior logistics team in coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment documentation and logistics data.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, our external warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the Senior Logistics team with various logistics projects and administrative tasks.
• Responsible for providing customers with order based masterdata sheets and other relevant information and data.

Qualifications:

• Education within logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is an advantage. However, we mostly seek a person that has an interest in the field and are eager to grow within our business.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in logistics is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and show a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge or experience in Business Central or another ERP system is an advantage.
