Matinique was founded in 1973 in Copenhagen, Denmark by Niels Martinsen, whose vision was to create comfortable, high-quality, and fashionable clothing for men.
In the position as Sales and Customer Supporter you will be responsible for driving and supporting sales in all markets. You are passionate and dedicated, and your tasks will include tele sales, administrating orders, and daily contact and support to our sales team and agents across the world. You will handle a lot of different administrative tasks, sales initiatives, B2B newsletters and platforms and help at trade fairs. The position is based in Denmark and the Wood Wood & Matinique HQ in Copenhagen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are passionate about sales and ready to take resposibility for driving and supporting our customers in all markets.
- Tele sales and support to customers in all markets
• Administrate orders, customer information and other admin tasks
• Daily contact and support with our sales team and agents
• Develop and launch various sales initiatives
• Follow up on sales initiatives to ensure budgeted targets are met
• Prepare action plans in close collaboration with the sales team
• Participate in at least two trade fairs every year
• Prepare and plan B2B newsletters
• Maintain B2B platform
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
• Fluent language: Danish/English
• Additional Nordic languages would be highly welcomed
• Strong admin skills – Navision and Microsoft
• Able to work independtly in a structed and analytical way
• Experience from similar positions
