In the position as Buyer, you will be responsible for a part of our product range from sourcing to shipment in close collaboration with the rest of the team.

Your daily tasks will include communication with suppliers and managing the running collections ensuring the right terms for all needed aspects. We are offering an exciting full-time position in a small team based at the Wood Wood HQ in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• You will establish and maintain a strong and dedicated supplier network for a part of our product range
• Sourcing and quality development in close collaboration with our designers
• Secure the right mix of styles and prices in our collections
• Negotiate prices, quality and sustainability with suppliers
• Handle collection and production orders
• Making sure deadlines and deliveries are met
• Maintain relevant data in our systems
• Supplier visits

Your profile

You are positive, structured, motivated, and solution-oriented, and you can prioritize tasks in hectic situations. You have business acumen and a good understanding of quality, price and trends. You must be able to work both independently and function well in a team.

Professional skills

• Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
• Relevant education
• Experience from similar position
• IT knowledge within systems such as Office and NavisionStart date: ASAP
