Then this is a great opportunity for you to demonstrate your sales skills in an international fashion company, where you will get the chance to develop your skills and be challenged professionally.
You will be the driving force in a large and ambitious Sales department, where you inspire, coach and maintain daily contact with the Danish and Swedish sales teams, which currently consist of six people referring directly to you. In addition to your energetic colleagues in Sales, you also work closely together with our other departments, in particular the Buying department, to ensure the closeness that makes the difference.
As Regional Sales Manager, your overall responsibility is to ensure the continuous development of our wholesale customers and Key Accounts in Denmark and Sweden, and you motivate your team to strengthen and develop SELECTED HOMME’s position on your markets. Furthermore, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and for reaching the budget. In cooperation with our Design and Buying department, you ensure that our products and price range are developed in a way that always meets the needs of our wholesale customers and Key Accounts.
Your areas of responsibility are:
- Daily responsibility for a strong and dedicated team of salespeople in Denmark and Sweden
- Build, expand and develop customer relations with Key Accounts and wholesale customers in Denmark and Sweden
- Ensure close customer contact and development in the countries
- Arrange and execute collection meetings for representatives
- Plan and carry out sales promotional initiatives
- Make sure that different sales KPIs are reached.
- You have a track record that shows your ability to translate sales strategies into actions that create results
- Strong sales experience from a similar position within the fashion industry
- Experience with building and maintaining customer relations
- Experience with working across cultures
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Store and managerial experience.
